Beyond my work at Bluefly, I have also played pivotal roles in the Drupal community. As the Lead Organizer for MidCamp and the Intern Coordinator for Drupal4Gov, I have been instrumental in orchestrating premier Drupal events that prioritize talent development and community engagement. My tenure in these organizations reflects a deep commitment to continuous improvement and strategic leadership, which has significantly advanced logistics, attendee experiences, and engagement. By fostering inclusive environments and nurturing collaboration, I have contributed to cultivating a thriving Drupal ecosystem, underscoring my dedication to empowerment and innovation within the community.
